"I have stayed at this airport hotel 3 non- consecutiveb times due to my travel arrangement. There were no issue during the various stay. The main reason I booked it was for the airport transfer. They are located 2 min away from Unseo station - 2 stations away from the airport. If you want them to pick you up from the airport and if you don't have a phone, you can ask the info desk to call for you. They would connect to the hotel and let you speak to the hotel. "Our first time to Incheon. We didnt know the area, we booked for the ocean view. We were thrilled to learn of all the shops and restaurants behind the hotel on the boardwalk. We walked to Chinatown then road the little monorail back, it was great. We also toured the cultural park that is across the street.
