"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. "I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too. "

"Getting access information was challenging. The apartment was very cold in the living room. The couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen ceiling was brown from leak stains.
