"Breakfast was fresh and pretty good, but they need to put more wafflemakers out. There were only 2 and the line was always long. Love the cozy, rustic cottage. Carpets and the inside walls (logs) could use a deep cleaning, however. I forgot to pack slippers and had to gobto Walmart to buy some to wear indoors. One can clearly see the coated dust sitting in between the logs of the interior wall. Daily cleaning isn't really cleaning. It's refilling toiletries, emptying trash bins, replacing...

"The entire staff was amazing. They were kind and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport at 3 am, to the breakfast staff member, who recommended a great dinner place, to the front desk staff member, who granted us a late checkout, made our stay great."

"Absolute worst TV ever. Owners too cheap to buy enough bandwidth to keep ,TV from constantly buffering, no content, etc. I mean, really? We don't stay in hotels for the TV, but when we have downtime we want to be able to watch with a minimum of interruptions/failures. Our last night we ended up using our tablet to watch uninterrupted TV. Also, ever hear of inside stairwells? They are really nice in sub-zero temperatures, especially with luggage or shopping to take to the third floor."

"This did have basic service that you would expect with a 3 star hotel. We were a party of 6, with 3 rooms reserved for 3 nights. Granted, we were some of the last visitors for the season, just prior to closure, but I literally had to go begging coffee refills for the mornings, and the tea was not replenished. I finally located some at the front desk--since housekeeping was unable to locate. Also, had to beg for Kleenex--after the dispenser was left empty for two days. The daily housekeeping...

"The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also, "
