"The pools were clean, the coffee shop was great, the restaurant was convenient but not bad food, the room itself was spacious, it was definitely dated but I wouldn’t call it dirty. For the price you couldn’t beat it! The walk to the beach was strenuous so if you have small children/ are a bit older I wouldn’t recommend it but it was about 15 mins as advertised. They were clearly renovating so I’m sure shortly it will be fantastic. Only negative was that the layout was difficult to navigate...

"Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. "The resort property itself was ok. Our condo was not the greatest. It wasn't the cleanest, a cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken- it was barely hanging on. The dishes and drawers where the silverware is kept was dirty, I don't think they had been washed. The pull out sofa before was not comfortable at all. I don't think I would stay here again."

"This property is exactly what the reviews read. The rooms are beautiful and new. There is refrigerator that had a welcome bottle of wine and water. We stayed on the top floor waterfront. The view was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable with goose down. The showers were walk-in and sizable there isn’t an ice machine yet. "The location is great and it is nice to have eating options on property. I do not recommend eating at Sudi’s though. Sapphire beach is beautiful and it was especially nice to have free chairs for the beach. The downstairs shower had no working hot water and the upstairs toilet did not flush properly. Other than that it was great and still recommend it overall for the beautiful view and location."
