"Great place to stay with the feel of “old St John”. Not France but very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and accommodating and the food was very good in spite of dealing with several power outages."

"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. "What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "
