"Ideal place for our stay as we were getting a coach the next day , shops nearby for goods"

"Cheap and basic-really friendly receptionist decent tea and coffee etc- just a bit dated but at price we paid I was happy enough - clean sheets and towels and quiet"

"The property and staff were exceptional breakfast was amazing"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, great to have a chat with about the area. Accommodation was exactly what we needed and a good choice of dinner options."

"My friends and I stayed overnight during our road trip. We chose the hotel because it was along our route and had ample parking available. We were expecting a comfortable stay, good hospitality, quiet surroundings, easy parking… and that is EXACTLY what we got. Zero complaints and would happily book again if in the area."

"Lovely old house, the bedrooms were warm and cosy and the breakfast was exceptional"

"This is a great family run hotel, where everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The food is outstanding"
