"Great breakfast and helpful staff. Good location in Heppenhiem. Parking was very helpful and there is shopping nearby. Comfortable beds. Had an issue with smoke smelling room on first day but they changed our room. Property could use a Reno, but does the job well."

"Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank.

"Uitstekende locatie in de Altstad."

"The hotel was clean and booked two rooms, one of which was small in size and the other was excellent. The rooms are clean, the staff is good, the hotel is good, there is no parking, and it can be described in a parking garage behind the hotel,"

"The hotel was well located for an easy walk to good local German restaurants, the Hauptstraße, the Heidelberg Schloss, the Alte Brücke, and the market squares. There is also a direct shuttle to the Frankfurt Airport (which was very easy to book online) a block down the street at the Hilton that saved us a 20 minute walk to the train station. "The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was pleasantly decorated; and the hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"Staff is friendly, room is neat but there is no heater."

"Great place"

"It was an amazing stay. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful and we felt very cared for. We are already thinking about when we can go back."

"Perfect"
