"Over all wonderful experience i will be staying again"

"The room was typical for a hotel and the bed was not the comfiest. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is I left my expensive wireless earbuds in the room. I didn't even notice they were missing when the hotel called me an hour or so after I checked out. They walked me through how I can ship them back to me and were very accommodating and responsive in this stressful time. Big props for the cleaning staff for grabbing them, and the front desk for communicating with me. Having them be this helpful...

"I checked in around 3 pm. A female receptionist came out as soon as I enter the lobby. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. I did not receive welcome gifts. The next morning there were bunch of welcome bags sitting the back of the front desk so definitely not out of stock. I do not know why the receptionist did not give to me. I was charged $20 when checked in and told that it will be refunded at the time of check out. When checking out, I was told that it will take a couple of days. Now I have to...
