"It started off with some glitches. I paid for an add on for a birthday except the day before our arrival I had not heard from anyone for the name of the birthday person or color of balloons. Check in went smoothly. When we got to our room one of the bedrooms ac wasn’t working so had to call in that. The bathroom sink didn’t drain had to use a butter knife and when we went to run the dishwasher on our departure the whole dishwasher moved out of its space. So they definitely need to do some...

"This place exceeded my expectations! Clean, modern accommodations and extremely helpful and attentive staff that was checking on my needs daily via text messages. I had a problem with one of the bathroom light switches and after notifying the staff, they sent a repair tech immediately. I would definitely stay here again and king size bed was extremely comfortable! Close proximity to downtown Lake Geneva, other stores and attractions via car. "

"Our room had a fireplace but when we turned it on it had a little smell. Not of gas. Maybe it was just not used recently so we turned it off. Our coupon for breakfast was great. The only thing was my coffee cup was so hot it almost burnt my lips every time I took a drink. It wasn’t the coffee it was my cup."

"The event was nicely done on Saturday. Love the mansion. Drinks were very difficult to get, longs lines, not enough staff or areas to get a drink. There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. "

"It was a great place to take the grandkids for a few days. The weather wasn't cooperating, but the amount of games in the house was a saving grace!!! The pool at the Recreation center was great and the kiddos had a ball! The reason I gave it a 4 is Abbey Springs did not have our reservation and It took over an hour to check in Also we could not get the heat to work and whenever we called Grand Welcome we were put on hold without a call back."
