"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

"Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

"Very friendly people"

"Really lovely room, older style, well priced hotel in the very centre of Andover. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Because the room was on the front, sadly, it was noisy at night - the Redbridge pub is open until 11pm most nights, midnight on Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays !!!! "Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast."

Apart from that I had a lovely stay."

Parking was at a premium as there was a function there the same eving. So I 6Our room, 90 was fine for our overnight stay, and clean with comfortable beds. Well equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. With a rainfall shower, I thought a...

"Very relaxed and friendly environment."

"Lovely location and staff."

"They did not pickup the phone and did not lot us in, despite we called in advanced to confirm our arrival time and they told us they had a 24h doorman. Luckily another place nearby was still open and gave us a place to sleep, otherwise we would have been in trouble."
