"We were in Valladolid for the last night of our 8-day road trip. This hotel was a very nice surprise much better than we anticipated. Location is perfect, staff was absolutely amazing! It’s a new hotel and they did a wonderful job with decor and overall layout. Our room was very spacious and a nice balcony. The girl who checked us in gave us so many options for dinner and drinks, she was super helpful! There are a few restaurants in the hotel at the front to eat and even an outdoor bar and...
"This place was awesome. Made it feel like you were out in nature while walking around the grounds. The underwater pool, was quite the experience and the storybook ice cream parlor was amazing and so was the ice cream. Highly recommend this place."
"Breakfast was good. Kind of funny how the kitchen and the breaks areas work. They take your order and waitress have to walk across the hotel to bring your food. You ask for coffee and you have to wait 10 minutes until the waitress walk again to the kitchen area and come back with a single cup of coffee. But service was really good. "
"Pleasant surprise, didn't really expect much however the rooms were very clean, AC was working and the pool was lovely (although we had it to ourselves). I can see how when all rooms are occupied the pool might get cramped as only two double deck chairs.
Water pressure was decent and mattress was pretty hard. Breakfast was freshly cooked and nice to have to included.
Staff are not always there so please make sure to NOT lock the front door as some of the other guests did during our stay as you...
