"I had a reservation that was confirmed by a phone call, when I arrived they shuffled me to the hotel next door, I had to carry my suitcase and go through narrow side door to a lesser hotel, smaller rooms, they asked me to pay for the whole stay upfront. Put me in a room on the fourth floor, I really had hard time negotiating the small stairway with my regular suitcase, No elevator. Gave me a room, with no window curtains.
