"I have stayed here many times as I often fly to Vienna. The property is well maintained and the closeness to the airport is very convenient. However, I wish they had face cloths in the washroom in addition to more towels! Also, when we arrived this time, there was only a little toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls. More pillows would be great too - as I always ask for another pillow when I get there. I end up having to ask for more stuff. "

"If you don't want to stay in the middle of Vienna this option is worth considering. It's a stiff 5 minute walk to the tram stop, but only about 10-15 minutes to the centre when the tram comes. After a couple of tries, I found that turning left out of the hotel door gives a much less hilly walk. The room was nice, apart from a terrible smell from the sink in the bathroom, which I told them about when I checked out. I had a view of flats that were not so close as to be intrusive. Neni, the restaurant on the roof provides great views over Prater for drinks and breakfast. Our room didn't have a direct view of Prater, but this wasn't a problem for us, you could definitely hear the park with the window open, but it was fine once the window is closed. "Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...
