Sadly our experience was mixed, partly because one room was beautifully clean whilst the other wasn't - the unclean one; the carpet had crumbs all over it, the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste in the sinks, and the glasses had lipstick on them. Ideal for shops places to eat and transport links..... Room clean ad beds comfortable. Room was cleaned towels changed for second day. Will definately return.. Not our first stay here "

"An amazing stay! 13th century building but rooms very modern. Staff excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. Came down late for breakfast on our 2nd day, no problem, a full English breakfast was provided for us. Fantastic, couldn't recommend highly enough. I'll be back. 10 out 10"
