"Great helpful staff"

"The toilet was very slow to flush and when it finally blocked up, we were basically told we should have brought it to the notice of the hotel earlier because it was now the week-end and they could not get tradesmen in to fix the blockage. However a staff member must have come in and got it unblocked because when we got back to the hotel later that night, the toilet was unblocked. I would have thought they would have had access to tradesmen 7 days a week"
