"Lovely hotel. Car park was full so had to wait for a space. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of Hot & cold foods to choose from. Had Sunday roast beef dinner. Partner had sea bass. Plus a cheeky dessert. Good menu for food & drinks Really fab food. Staff where very smiley and friendly. The Grand stair case was amazing. Room was very clean Great views over the mountains and water. Bed was very comfortable. Over all great place to stay. Fab location. Definitely go back."

"Awfull Hotel..No staff , the Reception was manned by a Latvian guy who couldn't understand a word of English,and also miserable,Shouldn't be working in a hotel reception..The bar was closed dus to No hotel staff Our room was small an not intended!!! for a couple,more so for a single person, the so called Double bed was a 4ft bed not a full double 4ft6. my feet stuck out the end! Though the room was clean it just wasnt worth the price we paid ..for 2 nights.. The bathroom was also very small...

"Enjoyed my stay at the Menai hotel, my room was a good size and clean and comfortable too. The hotel breakfast was very good also. The hotel's location is in Upper Bangor and is not far from the railway station and near bus routes and not far from the town centre either. The limited interaction I had with hotel staff I can say that they were pleasant and helpful. Overall, definitely no complaints."

"Lovely clean room, very helpful staff, perfect setting, one of best buffet breakfasts I have ever had. Would definately go again. Kids loved lovely pool. Fantastic comfy beds. Only niggle was shower which was on a mixer tap on bath, water temperature would sometimes become scalding hot in seconds, but lovely big bath to use instead. Some rooms had better shower. Loved it."
