"The bed was very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. When we first arrived, the TV/remote was not working. They fixed the problem while we were at dinner. We were disappointed that the shower did not have grab bars and the bath mat for the bathroom floor was not non-slip. Breakfast at their restaurant was delicious. It was the perfect place to stay to attend a performance at the Paramount theater."

"We love this hotel, however this was the second time we were put in a room that over looks the alley and it’s very loud. We were also put in a room with the bed up against the wall which didn’t work great for us. "

"Oh my gosh! Hands down my new favourite hotel to stay at in Seattle. Not only is it backyard to the Lumen field but it has so many perks to staying here! Such as the complimentary evening reception and the made to order complimentary breakfast. Like what!!! It was sooo Amazing and the ambiance was delightful. Kids enjoyed, we enjoyed! Will definitely be staying here for future visits! Even their staff was amazing!!! The only complaint we had if any was the housekeeper was a bit snarky and rude...

"Staff was lovely and very helpful in every and any aspect of our trip. I really have no complaints except for maybe the elevator is a bit dated, small, and slow. I also would recommend hitting the QFC for snacks and such before staying because the tiny convenience bar they have of snacks and drinks is very pricy. Like $5 for a bottle of water pricey (they do have 2 free bottles in your room though which is great!). Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, rooms and communal areas were always clean...

"Before I arrived at the hotel I received a text regarding my room number but it did not include an access code to enter the building. When I arrived I had to call the reception to gain access into the building to check-in and receive the personalized access code. Once I arrived to the suite I found it to be very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring."
