"Overall very great experience and a great place to stay"

"1. we've stayed there before. should really do something about the scrambled eggs, and nice to have bagels every day-which did not happen 2. really like to see more grab bars in bathrooms 3. place looked a bit tired compared to our previous stay 18 months ago 4. staff very pleasant and helpful 5. we had some difficulty getting our room cleaned on second day.....finally done by around 345 pm after my wife found someone who interceded with cleaning person. job was somewhat incomplete-dirty...

"Very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Reno. Conveniently located and very clean. The rooms were big and plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable with nice blackout curtains for the morning light. Staff was very helpful for small items needed such as band aids and spoons. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway from home that won’t have you missing your own bed very much."

"Loved the room and the layout was perfect. Problem took one day to fix the TV not working The shades did not block out the light at night--tried different ways to keep them fully closed. The breakfast was alright nothing special for two day the eggs the same and sausage patties; bananas very green. Nice plates and sliverware and tables. I guess you have to always ask for more coffee etc. each day. Lots of parking. Loved the shower head with the wonderful changes of spray."

"The air conditioner smelled like it was burning anytime it was on. The hotel staff did not come in to clean up room at all throughout my stay. Breakfast shut down at 9 instead of 9:30. The pool feels more like a sauna than a swimming pool."
