"This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine."

"First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. "Good location between the beach and Wilton Manor. Pool area looked very nice even though we didn't swim. Our three bedroom unit also had three bathrooms and was great for our group of friends visiting for the weekend. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. A great stay for the price. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was cute. Plenty of space for all of us. Pool area could have been a little cleaner but the house itself was great. Very disappointed in the kitchen. Almost no cooking utensils. No serving bowls, no baking or oven pans, no kitchen or hand towels. Smallest coffee pot I have ever seen and the dishwasher did not work. If the kitchen was a little more convenient and they had a bbq grill I would give this place 5 stars all the way. "
