"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some difficulty with getting the toilet to flush and the staff came up to our room and made sure it was functioning properly. They also were able to print our boarding passes for our return flights for us. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of hot or cold foods and drinks. Staying in Sterling allowed us to visit sites in Glasgow, Ayr and Edinburgh. We only had a 30 minute drive to Edinburgh Airport for our return flights to USA."

"Our stay was lovely and relaxing the wee Pods are great for overnight stays they have been well planned out with all the amenities you need the only suggestion I would have is maybe like a mini fridge but only if your were planning a longer stay. Food was delicious and great choice on menu. Breakfast was great too many choices for everyones dietary needs. Staff were friendly and welcoming and special mention for Kirsty and her customer service cannot thank her enough a credit to the Oak Tree In "

"We enjoyed the location, including the views and the easy walk to dining and shopping in Killin. The breakfasts were good, and we had a lovely dinner here. Our room was comfortable and well laid out, but quite noisy. Reception initially put us in a room with the wrong number of beds, and the service in general seemed a bit unfocused."

"Stayed in the hotel before and had enjoyed that stay. So felt it was best to book there again. This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it. The bed was comfortable and room was decent although there was marks on the walls. Needs to a fresh lick of paint. we booked breakfast like previously but on this occasion the breakfast was not very good or up to a...
