"The receptionist was lovely and was so understanding."

"Had to call down to reception to adjust the temperature in the room and always seemed to get turned off even when in the room . The elevators had a really bad smell . Staff super friendly and helpful , Breakfast was fresh and easy."

"Towels changed daily but carpet NOT vacumed all week. Receptionist on last day very helpful getting us a taxi helped with luggage etc. There is an Indian restaurant 100 metres from the Motel that does very good food , otherwise , no other near-by restaurants around .Shopping Mall with a Coles 400 metres away.Frequent bus service into town opposite ."

"Great location, across from the train station, great walking to distance to so many things. Hotel itself is a bit run down in some areas but overall service was great, room had everything we need and I would stay there again."

"Great stay at a good price. Our room was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed. The parking lot is tight for bigger cars"

"Quirky hotel built 1915 with bar and small restaurant. Good comp breakfast. Walking distance to cruise ship. Great staff. Room small with good shower. Sunrise photo taken 200 yards from hotel."

"It was a pleasant stay for the most part. lots to like about it. The shower drains aren't the most efficient and so water will rise and there was a lot of loud noises throughout the building on my final day, probably maintenance works"

"Close to many locations decently priced good amenities for a short- medium stay"

"This is a good place to stay & close to all things in the area"
