"We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. "When we arrived we had been allocated a different room to the one we booked. It seems this was due to miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel itself. However the staff on the desk were very helpful and resolved the problem within a few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the small kitchette is a huge bonus. "

"Wonderful friendly people, good food in the restaurant, our room was lovely with lots of natural light and it also had a balcony. The breakfast was great. And all this came at a price that was very reasonable. If we get the chance to visit Witten again, this is definitely the hotel we would choose. Parking can be challenging in the area, but the hotel has its own parking as well.
