Close to Dortmund Hbf, located inside walking and friendly staff. Also, if you pay €3, you can use gym Fit/One, 5-min. walk from the hotel. I stayed here for the first time since 2018 but there has been no change and excellent just like before.

Since 2018 I've been staying in the Grey Hotel for over 50 nights in total but I don't find any reason to switch to another hotel. Located inside Wallring, 2 minute walk from Dortmund Hbf and staff is helpful. I'll keep using it when I have a business trip to Dortmund.

We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast was nice. However, we were there on a very hot day until the lack of air conditioning was difficult for us to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately, we are used to air conditioning so this was difficult. The Dyson fans they provided Were helpful, however .

The good points about this hotel, proximity to the train station and being central. Wide selection of food for breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff helpful. Wi-Fi good. Not so good, musty smell in the room. I’d paid extra for economy double, courtyard view is looking at car park rather than street. Was disappointed with the hotel after reading positive reviews was not what I had hoped / expected. Was only there one night.

The location was wonderful, located in a large pedestrian area. Close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Also the bed was very comfortable, with a nice cozy duvet!

Het ziet er allemaal mooier uit op de foto dan in het echt. In ieder geval in mijn situatie. Ik sliep op de bovenste verdieping en je ziet dat ze de kamer een beetje ad-hoc hebben moeten inrichten want in kom er niet rechtop lopen. 2x m’n hoofd gestoten en de badkamer was op z’n minst erg karig en rommelig ingericht met slechte verlichting. Hulp bij de receptie is professioneel streng, maar wel correct en behulpzaam. Geen airco en dat miste ik wel. Hotel was niet duur en 3 sterren, dus ik til er niet zo zwaar aan. Vooral een optie voor reizigers die met de trein op doorreis zijn (ligt praktisch naast het station) of willen doorzakken in het centrum (niet zoveel te doen in Dortmund helaas). Wat wel echt helemaal top is is het ontbijt! Hulde! Heerlijk vers en goed voorzien. Alleen daarvoor al doen.
