"Very helpful staff reception and in dining areas. Good breakfast and service. Fabulous pool and area which is bookable and therefore for individual use. Room was tired and needed updating. Bunk beds for children definitely need maintenance. Cleanliness in bathroom and other areas could be better. That said bed linen was very good. In all though, great location and can’t praise staff enough for their friendliness. "

"When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. "Staff were bang on and helpful, decor was interesting (and, for me at least, appealing), and the food in the bistro was great. The AC was great and the shower roomy and efficient... A pleasure."
