"Cheap and cheerful is how I would sum up. It is an old building and facilities are very basic, but adequate for our needs overnighting as we toured up the coast. Near to restaurants and the main shopping centre in town, so very convenient. Staff were friendly and although we checked in late, they made sure we had easy after hours access. "

"We love this place! We initially booked just one night because we needed a rest stop on our road trip. When we saw the attached wake boarding place we knew we had to let our daughter try it out so we extended our stay. The newly built hotel was clean and had modern minimalist vibes and we liked it. "The owners were nice. Parts of the property are very run down, but some rooms have been renovated nicely. I had several problems at checkin, all resolved except for non-functional internet. The owners had just had new wifi equipment installed a day or two previously and it was not working. This issue was apparently resolved on the last day of my 4-day stay, but I was able to use a hotspot in the interim, so wasn't greatly inconvenienced."

"I live under the flight path so was not at all bothered by the occasional plane taking off or landing at the airport next door. If aircraft noise really bothers you, perhaps this isn't the best place for you to stay. Everything was neat and tidy and the bungalows well-equipped. Will happily stay here again."
