"I was not happy arrived late in the night and no one was there to attend to me. The lobby was cold only one person and he spoke no English I had to wait for the desk employee to come back to check me in. I was told my payment didn't go through when Expedia took the money out of my account. Arriving late as a women didn't make me feel safe. When I swiped my AmX she said it didn't go through and ask to see the card and type in the number."

"Although my stay was only for 1 night. My experience with staff was great. Rooms were clean"

"Bed bugs Musky Smelly Not recommended"

"Breakfast was awful and the place was dirty"

"This was a quick stay for an early morning departure from Phoenix airport. I was so impressed with the room that I thought to stay an extra night. I was actually hoping the airlines would offer a credit for me to take another flight. I will definitely book another stay. The next time i'm in this area, what the next time I see a spring hill suite."

"Elevator down and put on 2nd floor"

"Beautiful location. But the room was dirty such as hair in the tub. If you are in a floor level suite make sure you bring earplugs! And the unit was a long ways from the pool. They did change our suite to an upstairs suite as we were there 2 days. Thank you!"

"👍👍"

"We stay here every time we pass by chandler. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and location is great. We got a great nights sleep because the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We paid for two breakfast plates and the food was great as well! Will always choose this hotel"
