"The young lady who chequed me in was lovely. As was the lady on reception at the gym. It was a lovely stay and my wife thought so to. "

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"Excellent location..close to train station and city centre. Room was smaller than expected for a family room but comfortable and clean. No view out of window so slightly disappointing. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked food but not very hot. Overall a good stay, would stay again. "

"It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. It is slightly unusual in comparison to a regular hotel, the layout is obviously geared to meetings and conferences but not an issue. The reception area doubles up as a bar in the evening. The rooms are huge and are well decorated, with all the usual facilities that you need. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The...

"Our stay in this Hotel was excellent. The room was big enough for the 2 if us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The check in was easy and smooth. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from. Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK."

"The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"Was on ground floor as requested. Check in easy. Only problem we had was people above us were very noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around all night"

"The hotel is in an easy to access location which was great. I personally found the room far too warm and the TV wasn’t working properly, you could only watch limited channels otherwise it would turn off the channel after 1min"

"Had issues with the bath plug and shower temperature. Otherwise spot on, great location, terrific grounds, could not fault the service. Room handy for dogs and you can park outside. Overall we will return, and it is recommended."
