"I don't know exactly but I would say I've stayed here 6-7 times. I'm local and go out there for a little staycation, all alone, because it's the nicest, cleanest hotel on the peninsula, IMO. I don't really gamble, I just like to go hide out in my room. I get food from The House of Seven Brothers or Napolis and bring it upstairs, always excellent. It's all about the quiet alone time and the food! In the mornings I grab a coffee drink from the shop downstairs which also has snacks and gifts, et...

"The property was beautiful and obviously old. Our original room was cold ( windows open) and the small wall heater was slow to heat. We upgraded and such a difference. Beautiful and spacious. Again a small wall heater was ineffective in heating the room, but we were provided a small space heater."

"Building itself and updated decor was very charming. The employees were helpful and gracious. Lodge rooms above the restaurant smell strongly of cooked steak etc all night long but was otherwise cozy and comfortable."

"Very nice and clean room, the Staff is very helpful. The location is wonderful. Nice view ! We arrived at night, and saw the starts in the sky, very impressive."

"We love returning to the Valley View cottages. It is clean, comfortable, so relaxing too. The goats are so sweet too! The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with everything you need for preparing food- the bed was comfortable and it was so quiet. We will continue to come back! Perfect peaceful stay."

"I would like a refund, Expedia failed to Email access codes to enter the building and the room we had reserved. When we hadn't received the necessary codes by 4:00 pm (check in time) prior to arrival, We were able to contact Expedia and the after a difficult search they were able to find our reservation. the woman we spoke to finally found our reservations and provided the codes for the building room. We were able to enter the building. However, the key code provided to us by the Expedia...

"Absolute dream come true, especially the location. Very secluded but with easy access to the road. Access to the beach was a bit of a walk but manageable with able adults (path through the forest). The house had everything we needed and more. Can’t praise it enough! Love it!"

"This was a wonderful stay, close to Sequim and Port Angeles. A fabulous house with an up to date and modern everything all in a beautiful northwest style with beams and pottery everywhere. I've never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked and so gracefully put together. The only problems we had with the whole thing was the ineptness of hotels. com."

"The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful view. Would stay again!"

"This was big enough for a family of 4. Nice & clean w/ a full kitchen.convenient to a grocery store."

"It was a beautiful property to say the least. It was cute but not cozy.. oversized furniture made moving around challenging. The bed was poor and the wicker couch the pillows continues to slip off.. I found the drawers to find thing inorganic zed which made me have to pillage through drawers…I’m claustrophobic and the windows don’t open.. but that’s a me thing. Again, beside my experience it’s a wonderful place. "

"The property is very nice and the unit is well appointed for a short or long stay. We contacted the owner and were able to get in to the unit a little early which made our trip much smoother. The view from inside the unit and on the deck is excellent. You are facing Whidbey Island and you can watch shipping traffic, cruise ships and pleasure boaters coming and going. Sunrise was amazing from the deck, I watched as the sun rose and a deer made his way along the rear yard within feet of me on his...
