The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer."

"2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR.
