"It a very good, calm and clean place
They have a restaurant at their reception which provides great food.
Incase you are having meetings within Ghent on your check-out day, they will offer to keep your luggage during the day and you pick it in the evening after your engagements."
"The hotel was below average for what I expected and especially at the price! The reviews seemed good when I checked it out. The hotel is clean. The staff were very unhelpful and seemed under trained things were not explained well and also no parking available, when I booked it said parking available.
Best thing is the location however it is noisey as there is a famous pub opposite. Our room was directly next to the main elevator so constant noise and voices directly outside the door. Also there...
"Staying in a converted castle was cool but pay attention to the pics and make sure you are into that vibe. Everything is made out of cheap plywood and nothing is comfortable. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. Even the chairs in the rooftop bar are horrible wooden uncomfortable chairs. We had the split room with the two levels and it was super tight in there. The sink and mirror are outside the bathroom so not very private if you’re traveling with friends instead of family.
Overall the property...
"Très bel accueil, chambre, très confortable et propre et les déjeuners sont extra avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Les gens sont très accueillants et à l’écoute de nos besoins, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
Toutefois, pour aller manger au restaurant aux alentours, vous devez prendre le tramway environ seulement 10 minutes."
"Lovely twin bed room but facing the busy street, it is noisy if one wants to open the window to get some fresh air. Would ask for a room facing away from the street next time."
"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
"الغرفة جميلة ونظيفة ولها تكييف ممتاز والأثاث جيد ونظيف والموقع رائع جدا قريب من وسط المدينة دقيقتان سيرًا على الأقدام أنصح بهذا الفندق والإفطار متواضع لكن لا يوجد به مصعد "
