"From our first step into the hotel to the last wave goodbye, the staff was beyond excellent. The front desk people were very helpful, especially with ideas of things to do in the Lansing area. But the best part of the stay was Deborah "The Breakfast Queen". She made coming down for breakfast like coming to eat at Mom's house. She took interest in where we were from, what we wanted to eat, and made sure that our needs were being met. She also looked like she really enjoyed what she was doing, unlike some people at other hotels who don't even care if you are there. All hotels need someone like her handling the breakfast duties."
