"This was my third trip to Airlie Beach and I decided to stay somewhere central this time rather than trudge up the hill to my accommodation. Airlie Beach Hotel is the perfect location to access everything, and only a short level walk to most restaurants, shops and walkways. Despite being almost above the pub and restaurant, my third floor Premium Ocean King room was quiet and I could barely hear any of the ongoings downstairs at any time of the day or night during the weekend that I was there....

"It was good for an overnight stay. It's an older property, but the room was clean and comfortable. Our car park was right at the back door. The front door opens onto a verandah and there are stairs to walk down to the Bistro etc in the hotel. If the stairs are an issue, you can also go out the back door and walk around to the Bistro via a concrete pathway. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a good meal in the Bistro. Good value for the price."

"Last minute booking and found this great van park cabin was $115 a night compared to $150 for most over cabins 30 min walk into town they also have a bus service also,handy nice and quiet with bird feeding in Arvo ,great walking area it's very scenic and relaxing, with playground just down the road there is a sports bar across road handy for meals, only issue was our tv could not get it to work it was late at night so did not worry about it besides that would give it 5 stars,,,"

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."
