"Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms but are now showing their age but still at a good standard for India. Restaurant are very pleasant serviced by attentive staff. "

"Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was."

The hotel is 100% Vegetarian but there are so many landmark N Veg options at stone throw that this is not an impediment. Restuarant is serving amazing food along with daily live singing by local talents. Darjeeling station where all the Toy Train (heritage steam engine driven trains) start for joy ride is 1 min away from hotel. "
