"Lo único que no me gustó es que la paredes y el piso de la ducha estaban sucias y cuando abrí la llave tuve que llamar para servicio ya que se estaba desbordando el agua estaba tapado ."

"La estadía en mi ciudad estuvo muy buena, la atención del personal fue muy bueno , siempre amable y la limpieza excelente, gracias por todo"

"This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist"

"Very nicele"

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"Good location, breakfast and helpful staff. Room was comfortable."

"A lot of construction and repair on account of the earthquake."

"Todo fue muy bien, excelente atención del personal que labora en dicho hotel."

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"Poorly maintained hotel, great people but needs improvement overall"
