Loved the room, comfortable beds. The free breakfast was fabulous. I wish all hotels were like this. Very close to Chipichape Shopping Center, where you can get all you need. Totally recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice staff, very good location, rooms are big, good air conditioner, nice shower. I only did not like that breakfast from Monday to Friday is only until 9am, but weekends until 10am. Close to big Shopping Center Chipichape. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, great service, and spacious rooms.

This is a great hotel with friendly customer service. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great A/C and hot water. The buffet breakfast is excellent and so is the service. My only word of caution is, even though there is an elevator to go up to your room, the front entrance has about 8 steps to climb and once you check in, then you have to go down another 5 steps or so before you see a ramp walking toward the elevator. It is not a handicapped friendly entrance even though they will carry your heavy bag for you up and down the stairs and not a friendly entrance for the elderly either.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in and one of the less expensive, too. Staff are always happy and willing to serve. Rooms are very clean, ample and quiet, loke the neighborhood. The bufé breakfast has lots of options. A huge mall is at walking distance, so are many local and fancy food restaurants. Chipichape Hotel is worth and superlative for the price. I recommend it 💯👏🙏

Staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet looked very ample and appetizing even if I did not partake. Rooms very clean.house service lady was wonderful and patient. WiFi connection was very poor. I would’ve liked another chair in the room and more trash cans.

I like the area. I felt safe all the time. It's close by car to many good restaurants area, such Granada( give minutes taxi). The property is located in a quiet area. The bathroom is very updated like the room too. The included breakfast very diverse. I received a $19,000.00 ( Colombian pesos) in bonus.

I have enjoyed my stay! Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Quiet room and street, yet very Central location. Just a short block from main ave, about 3 blocks away from Chipichape Shopping Center. Good location to access all attraction. The young lady at breakfast was very kind. Even though I arrived a minute before closing, yet she was very helpful. I would definitely be back.

This review is for room 206. We stayed nine nights. The staff downstairs was amazing. The breakfast was good and plentiful. our room was large, the bathroom unbelievably small. impossible to dry off in after a shower. Also, there’s no chair in the upstairs bedroom. Hope this helps.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. Close to a gigantic mall that you will love to explore. I’ve stayed over 3 times and still find new shops in the mall. Top notch restaurants in the mall and services like barber shops and nail salons. Literally you can walk to the mall in 5 min. Exito is a supermarket that’s part of the mall. They have the best fresh crescents I’ve ever had. Pair it up with Avena (oatmeal drink) and you got breakfast.
