"Not bad but should make it clearer it literally overlooks the M4 and therefore expect continual emergency services travelling the route all night"

"The food was excellent"

"Clean room. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly staff. Breakfast so so - took 1 star off for the instant coffee and dry over cooked options."

"Our room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Convenient parking on site, although chargeable. Breakfast had something for everyone and the food was excellent. The hotel is in a prime position. Directly opposite the castle and the magnificent Bute Park. Also, within easy reach of the excellent shopping areas."

"Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?"

"The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️"

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."

"Rat whole under dressing table !"
