"Es muy buena opción pero en el servicio en las habitaciones deben ser más rápidos. Y deben remover esas alfombras o lavarlas más a menudo para el olor a humedad. Pero la piscina , la vista y las camas excelentes."
"Very nice, clean and safe hotel. One of the few options in Bayamon and therefore very convenient. The breakfast is definitely a plus, although eating options are conveniently located nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their staff is where this facility shines above many others. They were, without exception, helpful, cheerful and eager to be of assistance."
"La estancia fue muy agradable y el personal muy atento, amigable y servicial. Doy un Big shout out a Ivelisse, la encargada del lounge que nos dió una atención extraordinaria.
La joven del front desk fue muy servicial así como las de servicio a cuarto
It was a great experience. Personal was very helpful and the site is very clean and the room as well 10/10"
"El sitio es encantador , tiene unos paisajes increíbles, rodeado de vegetación, ideal para relajarse y salir del estrés de la ciudad.
El desayuno está rico, los jugos naturales saben deliciosos, el café muy rico, me encantó desayunar en el balcón de mi habitación con vista a las montañas.
La comida del restaurante muy rica y el personal muy atento.
Mi reservación incluía una clase de yoga, la cual disfruté mucho."
"Villa is beautiful and great location in regard to the pool and beach. It has plenty of room for everyone, clean, comfortable, It is a bit far from San Juan, rainforest, popular beaches. It's a least an hour and traffic could make it longer. Definitely need a car if you stay here. There is a beach on the property. It is a small, secluded beach so you'll need to bring your own umbrellas, food, etc. It is partially shared with a hotel. The hotel side is very clean and maintained, but the villa...
"The house is really nice and spacious, plus it's close to the outlets and Walmart. All the utilities worked great, and it was nice that every room had AC. We did notice some mold at the bottom of the pool that could use a cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience.."
"Absolutely beautiful. The owner Ron was so nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. If you’re planning on staying in the central mountains this place cannot be beat. "
"Much more than what expected. Very nice room(10/10), but no towels, luckily I had one. Hard to get to properly, no signs or directions arrows. GPS took me to a different place. Finally found place. But it was worth the trouble of getting there, Very nice place"
"This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone."
"My husband and I chose this beautiful location for our Honeymoon. Life can get pretty stressful sometimes, so we wanted something secluded, a place where we can take in the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy life without a schedule. This has truly been the best experience of a lifetime for both my husband and I. Yohandra, Pedro and Chef Ema are the most amazing people. They made us feel so welcome.
We rented the Bali cabin. It was perfect and everything we were looking for.
We will definitely be...
"Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!"
