He was rude, this is even though I paid on check in. This is the same member of staff who would not move me to another room due to a faulty toilet making constant noise and splashing. The sink needed unblocking too. Also, there is a club nearby that pumps music until the early morning making it impossible to sleep. The bar they advertise...

Einzig die Lage war in Ordnung und führte in ca. 30-40min zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten."

The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel is a half block away from the Metro and buses and within walking distance to other sites. The airport bus is a Metro stop away - very convenient location."
