"The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. "Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. "We spent one night in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night's stay. It also felt very secure. The staff were very helpful and gave us excellent help in getting the bus to the city centre for sightseeing. The hotel is in a good location for access to the motorway and has a very big Carrefour supermarket 10 minutes walk away. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay to and from Calais."

When I arrived, I was told that their parking is full and I need to find parking spot at street or cathedral’s metered parking at 16 euros or so for the night. Otherwise, staff was helpful If you are 65 or over, climbing 3 floors with carryon may be hard on you. "
