"I grew up a few miles from the Madonna Inn and have always enjoyed it. We had a pretend splurge this weekend and stayed the night. I have to admit that a lot of areas felt old and dirty and look pretty haggard . And as a walrus the womens bahroom smells of hot wet sewage. Assuming as always it’s because of the mens waterfall urinal well. The vinyl cushioning on the wall and doors is black in a lot of areas. Just worn and old and filthy looking. The cushy vinyl chairs in the bar are all cracked....

"Arrived and was told that all they had available for Expedia guest was a room for disabled guest. I said we requested a room with two queen beds and that is what I paid for. Ryan said we had to pay $40 each night for an upgrade to the room I originally booked. Then we requested our room cleaned and had to tell front desk it was not.
