"Clean and modern comfortable hotel. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely presented and the menu was good and varied. The only thing is that we thought it was a little overpriced and the food was not hot. I had to send it back and it was still not very hot when it came back. "

"Campanile are a great hotel group...rooms are always immaculately clean and modetn. Breakfast here was a bonus, as was not planned. Staff were super friendly and very helpful even with our gone 9pm arrival. Located near a selection of good restaurants and secure parking was perfect."

"Comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant on site was good we travelled with our dog and he was able to come to the restaurant too. Only slight negative was our room was very small - access for 2 (large!) adults, luggage and doggy bed etc was very tight, but it was only overnight so no problem. "

"The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management."

Decent accommodations, with the givens of walking up and down numerous stairs, dark hallways, etc. Personnel there ranges from: exceptionally sweet young woman - who carried our heavy suitcases up two steep stairs (no elevator) - to a very unfriendly male. "First, the hotel room, staff and location were great. It would have been nice to know that major construction has been going on for a while, and will continue for some time to come. In absolute fairness, this did NOT impact sleep at the place. It did distract from a welcoming feeling. Trucks, cranes etc were the first thing we saw as we got there. The parking (regardless of construction) is limited in the immediate area, but the Hotel has an arrangement with the immediately adjacent...

"Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."

"The room was not the best, bathroom required renovation and in general service could be improved, in fact we stayed for 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room after the first day... we returned in our room around midnight and we found it as it was at 10 am"
