Nathan on reception deserves special mention - best check in ever from someone who made me feel individual and welcomed....

"We loved our stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. We had a balcony room with a lovely view to the harbour. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only small issue we had was that the taps were a hard to turn on and off in our room. Great selection for breakfast and dinner."

"Great staff and friendly service. Food was very good but they stop serving early (8pm on our day of arrival) so only just made it. Shower wasn't working on the first night but they got this fixed by the second night. Room quality was fine for the price. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was excellent with a very good shower. The room faced the sea and promenade and had a lovely glass fronted balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel itself seems very new and the breakfast was very good, free and served by very cheery staff. All in all, a very nice stay. "

"Great reception when we arrived, shown to our room, explained about parking and if we wanted meals/drinks in the restaurant, what times and cost was. Room was lovely and large, clean and tidy, modern. Bed comfy, lovely tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities. Bathroom was nice and clean. Towels were soft. It was quiet of a night time, room was warm and dark so perfect to help sleep. "

"Stayed as a solo traveller for a gig at the local theatre. Hotel has a great location on the sea front, with many restaurants close by. The town centre is only a short walk away too. My single room was quite big, clean but sparsely furnished - comfortable enough though. TV and shower were decent so couldn't complain. Staff are top notch, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with top quality ingredients - far better than a few 4 star hotels I've been in recently."
