"Room was clean. No actually amenities included. Nothing beyond what you’d receive with a standard hotel room. Couldn’t accommodate a one hour late check out due to “reaching late check out capacity”. I had to order towels 3x before they were actually delivered and I asked for trash removal and they never came. More concerned with upselling time shares and other items than making sure customers experiences are above average. "

Our room (Building S) was outdated, but comfortable. The loveseat was wornout and uncomfortable to watch tv. The side chair was much more comfortable. "Great place to stay! Very clean and private. Relaxing and away from the crowds but close ti everything. Sits on the area where all visitors drive to see the sunsets and sunrise which is a few steps from your room. Garden like setting so it all feels very private. Staff is very accommodating. Special thanks to Thomas who gave me special tips to make the time in Sedona imeven more special!"
