"Loved the clean rooms, breakfast was amazing. Only thing I didn't like was that the parking was all the way acrossed the street. Makes it hard with 2 younger kids and to bring all our stuff in."

The parking garage is a little on the sketchy feel. And, while not the hotel's fault, the abandoned lot where the old mall used to be across the street doesn't do anything to help. "This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe."

"We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great."
