"The staff at Embass Suites in Charleston was very friendly and accommodating. There are two areas that could be improved. We went to breakfast at 7:45 and most of the hot items were gone. Also, accessibility to the stairs as an alternative to using the elevator could be improved i.e. where are the stairs located?!? and when we finally were able to find and use the stairs, the exit was onto the street!"
