"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
