"I don’t remember the young lady’s name, but she was an African-American young lady that was at the front desk on the morning that I checked out. I was on my way to the cruise port and realized that I forgot to print out my luggage tags. She went over and beyond to help me to print out my luggage tags, and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have made it on my cruise and I appreciate her so much for taking the time to help me print out my luggage tags. "Great overnight stay! Breakfast & dinner at the hotel. Close to airport! Clean, spacious rooms!"

"Front desk staff were very professional and helpful rooms were clean . Location was good give ease of transport to airport as well as close to south beach and Hard Rock stadium/ hotel and cafe"

"The lobby, restaurant and bar area was great. We did not check into our room until very late at night. When we got there I took off my shoes and the carpet was wet. Not damp, but wet. I have been to Miami several times and never had a wet room. I got in bed and the sheets were also wet. I asked a family member who stayed in the same room...

"It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly"

"The room AC unit never got to temp and ran constantly also very noisy. Kept me awake. TV lost connection several times trying to watch the news this morning. Too bad"

"This is my favorite place to stay in the Gables. It is a beautiful boutique hotel and the rooms are super clean. It feels like you’re in Europe and it is walking distance to everything…from Miracle Mile, Giralda Ave and the Granada Golf course. It’s close to all the fabulous restaurants and in fact sits right above Zucca (an Italian favorite). It is also less than a ten minute drive to The Biltmore and Venetian Pool."

"The location is great. Restaurants are all within walking distance. The A/C unit was a bit noisy but the room temperature was comfortable. The front desk staff was great."

"Everything was great there. The staff the manager was excellent. I had a slight small problem but he handled the situation perfectly."

"All good except one elevator was out of order"

"An excellent stay"
