"Only stayed one night but found all staff were exceptionally helpful and professional.
Our room was furnished in a modern stylish fashion and was spotlessly clean.
The view from our balcony was exactly as one would wish ~ panoramic span of Eastbourne seafront.
Whilst being extremely close to the beach and sea, the double glazed windows and sliding door were so effective that there was virtually no noise entering the room.
Would not hesitate to recommend The View Hotel to friends and will...
"Hotel in fab central location , although paid £10 for parking behind hotel , it was worth the convince.
Room 8 was great , so spacious with lovely view and comfy bed . Breakfast was good in an attractive dining area . A good 1 night break"
"Very good location, well maintained, very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff in breakfast. Just that there is no car park, not easy to find a free car park within walking distance."
"Lovely property. Wonderful breakfast. Very nicely located for visiting all the local highlights. Very clean.
My only small complaint would be the check-in process when you have to wait till exactly 3 o’clock for someone to come in and check you in"
"Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly.
However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet.
The hotel is in a nice, very rural location."
"Easy to find and ample parking. 77Warm welcome from Ron. Room size good, basic. Beds comfy. Coffee/tea etc. TV. Large window with view of the gardens. Breakfast was as you'd expect, with choice of hot food. Served promptly. Freshly cooked and hot. Location convenient for the town and beach."
"Room was pet friendly, staff were great, decor in room a bit tired but not enough to putting us off staying again,
Bathroom door could fit better.
Food was very good."
"Absolutely no problems with my stay , any questions asked of reception staff were quickly answered I had a single room which was on the smaller size but still plenty of room with wardrobe, small Chester drawers with tea, milk etc on top, a round table and chair with a side top next to bed. Hotel right opposite beach and 5 minutes to pier and main street leading to town and station (15=20 mins)"
