"To me the hotel, and rooms had a nice appears, but the pillows at that hotel needs to be changed more often. After 2 or 3 nights of sleeping on same pillows, I started to feel like I was catching a cold, because the pillows ( pillow cases ) were not fresh. Did not smell fresh. "

My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. "Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. "The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice."

"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C."
