Pros: - Very nice breakfast. - Good location. - Parking. - Well sized rooms. Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. Would I stay there again given price and other options in João Pessoa? No.

Melhor experiência de hospedagem em João Pessoa

Tive uma experiência incrível no Village Premium! Fomos surpreendidos no check-in com água servida pela Bella (Robô), que torna a experiência mais especial. O atendimento impecável, quarto confortável e bem decorado, além de limpeza caprichada. O café da manhã era variado e delicioso, e o restaurante surpreendeu. As áreas de lazer estavam bem cuidadas, e a localização era excelente. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza!

Atendimento, localização ótimos, instalações não.

Café da manhã com excelente e atendimento também. Destaque pra recepção com a Samira que nos atendeu de forma diferenciada no check in. Porém, as instalações (quarto com problemas no ar, na porta do armário, lençol, etc) tiveram impacto relevante no conforto. A localização também excelente.

Decepção com o Village Premium

O Hotel não avisou aos hóspedes que durante a minha estada (21 a 25/02) a av. Epitácio Pessoa estaria interditada para passagens de trios elétricos. Essa situação criou diversos incômodos, que com um pouco de ética, transparência e boa vontade poderiam ter sido resolvidos. Vamos aos fatos: Cobrança de valores de estacionamento. Se eu tivesse sido avisado com antecedência, poderia ter optado pelo serviço de carros de aplicativos ao invés de locação de carros, evitando gastos desnecessários de aluguéis e estacionamento. Durante os desfiles dos blocos, simplesmente o bar/restaurante do hotel não funcionou, como era praticamente impossível sair do hotel, devido a grande quantidade de pessoas nas ruas, os hóspedes ficaram sem opções de alimentação. O som dos trios era extremamente alto, até às 2h da madrugada, sendo impossível dormir com o volume do som. Durante todo o período da estadia, a Academia do Hotel não funcionou, os hóspedes não foram informados de antemão que a Academia estaria fechada neste período. Somente no primeiro dia, da minha estada, o Hotel me disponibilizou toalhas para usá-las em minhas idas à praia ou mesmo à piscina do hotel, nos demais dias, inexplicavelmente, não havia toalhas. Por último e, talvez o mais importante, o ar condicionado dos quartos era uma 'brisa' em dias de intenso calor. Mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção, não houve o reparo prometido. Tentaram me alocar em outros 2 quartos, porém, os ares condicionados eram piores do que o do meu quarto.

Estadia no Village Premium

A minha estadia no Village Premium foi, de forma geral, boa. O ambiente é agradável, a equipe é atenciosa e as instalações são confortáveis, proporcionando uma experiência satisfatória. No entanto, há um ponto que gostaria de destacar e que deixou um certo desconforto: a cobrança de 30 reais pela diária de estacionamento. Este valor foi uma surpresa, pois, na minha última estadia, o estacionamento era gratuito, e essa cobrança não foi informada no momento da reserva. Caso essa informação estivesse claramente disponível, eu poderia ter reavaliado a escolha do hotel, considerando que, ao adicionar esse custo à diária, talvez optasse por um outro estabelecimento. Sugiro que o hotel seja mais transparente em relação a alterações nas políticas, principalmente sobre custos extras, para que os hóspedes possam tomar decisões mais informadas antes da chegada. Esse tipo de medida contribuiria ainda mais para a boa experiência no Village Premium.

Quarto com pouca iluminação

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é excepcional com muitas variedades, opções para quem tem intolerância à lactose. Piscina enorme, o quarto é bem grande. O estacionamento com manobrista é pago uma tarifa de 30$/dia, porem no app da reserva dizia estacionamento grátis entao o hotel não nos cobrou a tarifa do estacionamento. O que achei de negativo, o ar condicionado pequeno para o tamanho do quarto, iluminação pouca e de nao ter um espelho o único espelho é o da bancada do banheiro. So esses tres pontos que me incomodou um pouco. No mais, tudo otimo ja é a segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel.

Quando chegamos cobraram estacionamento de 30 reais, verificamos q o nosso pelo site era grátis tivemos q pedir reembolso,o quarto estava sujo o chão, a cama não é confortável no meio dura nas pontas mole o colchão velho, a piscina muito boa enorme mas achei meio suja,os azulejos escorregando,não tem tv por assinatura só tem YouTube,a praia perto do hotel cheia de sargaço, café da manhã ok
